Room change

Yesterday was a good day, it started off normal the Logan went to school and Caleb and I did school. Jason stayed home because it was raining. After school was done I went upstairs to move Logan into his own room. A little background is we have a three bedroom home, where berfore yesterday the boys shared on upstairs room and used the other as a game room. The plan was to use it as such until I got pregnat and then it would be the babies room. The room they shared before was double almost tripple the size of the other room so it was a fine size. If/when I do get pregant then they will go back to sharing a room and it will be the nursery. Which they know and are okay with. Logan agreed to take the smaller room because it has and will keep the big TV and XBOX. (another thing they both knew but now that its been changed Caleb doesnt like) Okay so I'll show you the before of  the boys shared room and a picture of the game room (its a picture of when we first moved in as I have none of it as a gameroom)

Boring day of nothing to do's

Yesterday was pretty much a normal boring day. Kids had school Jason worked. I helped Caleb with school did a light cleaning and that was about it. Caleb got in trouble for back talking so he lost video games for the day and it seemed like every time I turned around he was there. Saying there's nothing to do or I'm bored! It got old real fast but other that that nothing big to talk about.( and I know that wasn't big news either) Now just some random pictures from off my phone.

Okay so in this post I'm probably going to vent, but everyone should know yesterday was a bad, crazy, and long day at my house. But in no way does this mean I love my kids any less they just drive me up a wall sometimes.

 

 

Okay so startigng with Caleb. Hes a great kid hes fun and very lovable. Then hes also very stuburn and everything has to be done his way. That does not work for me as I believe that I run(with my husband) this house. Now Caleb is starting to back talk and tell us he'll only do something if we do this or that for him and short of being a total stero-typical stepmom(you know the evil witch) I dont know what to do? I know it should be just a phase but I dont think I'm going to make it through this one. Its really getting on my last nerve. I love Caleb and I want what is best for him But I dont want to be treated the way he thinks he can treat us. But for the most part he is my little loving kind hearted kid. Hes just growing up and turning into the type of person I wouldnt want as a friend let alone a kid. I'm in major need of help on how to handle it but at the same time I wonder if his attude change isnt  just because he gets more freedoms now that hes home schooled and doesnt have go to school for 7+ hours. I think we shall see how the rest of this year(school year) plays out then decide what to do next. To be honest I'm thinking public school might be good for him. Back with his peirs and teachers who know what their teaching (where as I have to do as much work to learn the lesson so I can teach him) He's not a bad kid just a teenager thats being diffuclt.

 

 

 

Aww Logan, hes kind loving genours does whatever he can to keep the others around him happy. But hes also all boy he like sports and playing rough but his downfall is he so very super sentive to the point you tell him no or that the plans you made fall through he crys and if hes not crying over something he whinning about something.

"Calebs older so he gets to do eveerything first" (thats true but he is older)

" Caleb gets all the best things just cause hes older"(angain is true and even I have a problem with this)

(this one is my major petpeeve) "Just cause Clebs in 7th grade and I'm in 6th he gets more money for grades even if I make better grades"

A Lot Of Cleaning and Work

Today was one of those days I talked about a post or two ago. I cleaned the house and did it in a deep clean way. so I dont really have any pictures though I do have a few of Jason working. (like I promised I would) He worked so hard and did such a good job. I hope things go smoothly for him because the ground is almost all rock and its hard to get it ready. Other than cleaning and watching Jason work(also had to hepl Caleb with school) I didnt do much.I did watch the season premier of How I Met Your Mother (AWESOME) and the premier of Parteners( also AWESOME I have missed Sophia Bush)

 

Also I almost for got about this little guy. I found him hanging out buy the back door( left him alone). I just thought he was scary looking.

Catch All

Okay so I'm really sorry its been so long. I was going to put up Fridays blog on Saturday but we ended up out and the pumpkin patch and it turned into a super long trip. So I'll start on Friday. Took Logan to school worked with Caleb on his school work and then had class connects ( online classes with teachers) all day because he was behind in them. We finally finished school around lunch time so we ate and left for Caleb's art class. He's doing really good next time I'll put up some of his work.

  Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch. Basically we kicked the kids out and let them run around. It was fun and I think we all had a  great time.(though in some pics it seems otherwise). But this is all we did that day.

Then came Sunday and nothing much happened. I took the boys to see Finding Nemo in 3d and the rest of the day was spent at home relaxing and hanging out. All except Jason who started work on building his barn in the back yard. I am glad he is doing this so he will have a place for just himself. He love to play music and its not fun if the kids are running around and I'm trying to get some house work done or watching TV(most likely the latter).Plus its going to also be for his work space. I'll post pics maybe tomorrow.

Food is Good

Today was a good day and somewhat busy. Is it bad to say the highlight of the day had everything to do with food?(maybe that's why I'm fat) We started the day off like every other week day. Got up at 6am so I could have a little me time. Kids got up to exercise at 6:30am. Jason left for work the kids and I hung out and ate breakfast. (okay the kids did I'm not big on breakfast) Then off to school Caleb is home schooled ( he uses the K12 program) so he got started while I dropped off Logan. Caleb had speech at 8:30 so we went to that.

We Love this place the people are amazing!!!!

 

 

Then we finished Caleb's reading and Had a few extra mins to spare before our big plans. So we went to Walmart to get a few things so I can finish my Halloween decorations. (post about them to come)

Okay so at this point we just wanted to leave and I didn't want to drive around to get a better pic so this is what I got

 

Then it was to the highlight of our day. It was the grand opening of a restaurant that my family LOVES. We used to have to drive 45mins to get it and therefore didn't get to have it but maybe once a year:( But now Edmond has it own Raising Canes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So that was the big part of our day. We went home to relax and hang out when Jason called to ask I would go pick up everyone Canes for lunch? Then I had to admit that Caleb and I had indeed just left there after having lunch. But I (being the good wife that I am) went back and picked him up lunch. I then straighten up the house(I have kicks where I'll do big hardcore cleaning) and hung out until Logan got home. We did homework and the kids played video games while I got caught up on my shows. Jason came home and started working on his four wheeler. I felt bad that Logan got left out and didn't get and Canes so that's what he (just him) got for dinner. the rest of the evening we watched the Giants whoop up on the Panthers. I went to bed at 8:30pm (because I am NOT a morning person so to get enough sleep I go to bed a little bit earlier) Jason got to hang out with the kids which is one thing he looks forward to everyday.
